Link Building Through Facebook

Anyone can share experience of Link building through Facebook Post? Is this being benefited for SEO? I tried and got success in few , not all. Please share your experience and comment.

 

Facebook link is not follow, it does not help much for SEO. You can try, but not advise spend too much time on it. Some of the fanspage do have high PR, whenever you post a link there it still increase chances for user to click your links.

 

Well, nofollow links are also considered in SEO as nofollow and dofollow links together make make your site back links natural and we need natural links today according to Google algorithm.

As Facebook is just one site, one IP address so only building links on Facebook may not help much but it would help as you may be getting visitors from Facebook so your link is receiving clicks and it is good in term of SEO as those links which receive clicks is better than those links which don't receive clicks.... but you also have to look for other site so that IP address would be counted in great number..

 

through facebook you can popular link, not build link because its not stored in database.

 

How do you build links with Facebook /// ?

No follow or do follow it doesn't mater both help rankings

 

Definitely, it is benefited for SEO but it will not increase your PR

 

Look at the social impact of search. Facebook may or may not improve your ranking but if utilized correctly it can drive a lot of traffic to your site.

That is something that has been tried tested and proven over and over again.

 

LOL... have you guys actually tried facebook for SEO.
Actually it works, epsecially you can rank on Note, and the fanpages.
come on guys... utlilize facebook PR.

I do agree, we have observed benefits to post on NOTE rather then posting on STATUS.

 

We have never found Facebook to work for us, just a waste of time

link from facebook is no follow. but still you can get good amount of traffic.

 

link building facebook is effective good amount of traffic on website, there will be nothing more. i some cases i see there is back link from facebook.

 

Facebook post can increase your traffic but we cant call this Link Building.

 

It can bring you instant traffic and it's no follow but maybe it could diverse your links

 

Facebook is just a platform through which you can quickly and efficiently communicate with your users and let them know of your site. I'm not sure if the links are Dofollow or Nofollow (you might want to check) but they certainly help in bringing traffic.

 

it is more confusing because if you goto Google Webmaster Tool and "Links to your site" link , you will find Facebook links. If Google is not considering link then it will not show.

 

but as i know, link on facebook not effect in SEO just effect in visitor where it is your friends

 

You can drive some traffic to your site through Facebook, but I dont think that Facebook links benefit SEO a lot.
