How bad is welcome page for my SEO?

    Hi, I just added welcome page for first time visitors to my website so every new visitor is redirected to mysite.com/welcome.php
    How bad is it for my seo? And if its bad what about groupon for example they redirect too...thanks

    I am getting a page not found, So I'm not sure what to say about your SEO, but you should fix the page first.
