I am a premium user.
And this is the third time that you, Filesonic, limit my download speed. Or, there are problems causing this limitation. For how long? It is very annoying.

My bandwidth allow me to download at 3.8 Mb/sec. And everything was OK, that is, I could easily download from filseonic servers at 3.8 Mb/sec. Until 13 Aug 2011 or so. At first you limited the speed to 300 Kb/sec per download. I submitted the ticket and it was handled. Then you limited the speed to 400 kb/sec. Another ticket - the problem gone. Andd this is the third time that you limit my download speed. This time it is limited to 2.8 - 3.0 Mb/sec per one download.
I do not have any problems with Internet connection and can easily download at 3.8 Mb/sec from other sources.

Why do you do so? I paid you money for premium, so, give me the full speed, as promised.

PS. Oh "great," now the speed is 1.9 Mb/sec. So nice.

 

should we expect to see RU from oron to filesonic fixed anytime soon?

 

@trezor - if you could kindly read above posts. It clearly states that Oron stupidly banned Filesonic!

We don't block or limit download for users. You can ask anyone here. If you're having slow download problems send me a trace route to the slow server (ex s218.filesonic.com) and i'll gladly take a look at it for you.
