Can't send money from my premier paypal acount

    hello
    i have unverified paypal acount and recently i upgraded it to premier
    my limits are :
    Sending Limit is: $100.00 USD
    Monthly Withdrawal Limit is: $0.00 USD per month

    i have some $$ in my acount but when i try to send money to buy a domain name they tell me to add a credit card
    the problem is that i'm from Morocco and i can't get a debit card or something
    i've heard that even if you're not verified you can send money but i don't know why i couldn't
    please i need your help

    no it's the first time, i'm just traying to buy a domain name and the company support unverified payments
    so i don't know why ?

    You can buy Domains at Namecheap,Name,Moniker,Internet.bs.All these registrars accept payments by unverified Paypal :)

    i already tried to buy from namecheap.com , name.com they all accept unverified payment but the problem is from my acount even with the limits i can't send money just receiving, i think it's because of my country i'm from Morocco but they said my sending limits are 100$ , weird !!!!

    You can buy Domains at Namecheap,Name,Moniker,Internet.bs.All these registrars accept payments by unverified Paypal

    I'm also from morocco. I thought you just couldn't receive money on paypal without being verified. That's the case for me, I'm still waiting to verify my account. Anyway, you can get a "EPAY" card from BMCE, or a card from Societe Generale. I think also CIH has a card for online payment. With these cards, it's now possible to verify your moroccan account.

    yes thanks bro, i know about Ep@y and Ec@rd but some peaple complained about them as they are not accepted by Paypal so i'm afraid when i buy one it won't work, is theiir any other options like Virtual card or something, they told me if i activate my acount witth virtual card, the acount might closed!!! any ideas !!

    No they are accepted the only problem is that you can't send your money to your epay card (don't know for eCard). I think you can verify your account with a payonner master card (which you can get for free). I will send you some links that speak about this with more details by PM.
