I have submitted my website since August 16, 2011 and not a single response from them. The payment has been made but not even any confirmation email had been sent to me. There is no contact form available on their website. I had contacted them via email address stated in Paypal but not a single response to me. Does anyone here know the owner of this directory Thank you very much.

You should have opened a case in paypal resolution center, after not approving your site the time they have provided.
Thank you very much I hope if the owner may be in here but it seems not like it. I will give them a few more days before open dispute via Paypal. Thank you for your suggestion anyway.
**Update** Today I just received "failure email delivery notification" after sent an email to . This email is shown in Paypal as business contact information. What the hell? How this could happen to a big company and formal contact information? So I decided to open a dispute against them. 6 days after submitted without a single response from them. No "Payment receiving notification" from their side nor "Status of your website submission" neither. I still do not believe that the a well legit look company like cwnet.com is not honest for just a directory submission. The transops.net directory is claimed as a subsidiary website of bluechiphosting.com and the money recipient of this directory is . So I have to conclude they are relative without a doubt. I will update the results of opening dispute. Let's see how Paypal could protect the customer from being cheated like this.
This man announced it back in the year 2007. You can try sending them a private msg. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=344572
Thanks but his last activity was "Jul 17th 2007 7:56 am" then I do not think sending him a PM could get the problem solved.
**Update** Today I finally got message from Paypal about my escalated case conlusion. The message was I would get 100% of my money back from the seller. The money will be credited within 5 days from now on. That's it.
