Looking for some tips.

Hello everyone.

I am pretty new to adsense and I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me.

My website is a link directory located at: www.linkseeker.net

It has around 200 - 300 impressions a day, and is around a week old. I have purchased 500 directory submissions, and am purchasing another 500 soon.

I have already been told to adjust the colors of my ads to black and blue. Which I have done.

Does anyone have any other tips for me to maximize my adsens revenue?

Tips VIA Post or PM are greatly appreciated.

The blue used on the google ads is different to that on the rest of your page, you may want to think about making the same blue.

The ads in the middle of the page are obviously ads being a horizontal skyscraper, people will look straight past them. It might benefit you to use a Half Banner (234x60) above each column of content so it's a little less noticable.

See if you can get the right side of your ads to align with the page. It would look alot neater.

 

The outline of a woman in your logo is sort of tacky. Makes it look like some sleazy porn directory.

Webdirectorys are well known for converting bad with adsense since they are visited by people wich are technical and ad blind

 

I agree 100%. Directories are not ideal for adsense as people just go there to submit their link.
