Hey everyone, After lot's of you have already watched my tutorials in the Photoshop forum, and I now added downloadable .PSD files to my tutorials. I would like to hear what you think about the new blog. I'm interested mainly in: -Design -Easy of navigation AP Photoshop Video Blog Thanks very much! Looking forward to your reviews! Amigo
I like your site. Instead of Amigo Productions as your logo and title. Perhaps a title with "Photoshop" so users know what to expect ... ?
Great blog you have designed and smartly worked out ads as well. Results are already there as it has already got PR2 on google. Add some of the social media profiles of yours in this blog as well; if any.
Hey everyone! First I must say a big than kyou to all of you for taking the time to review my site. I also want to thank you all for the positive feedback I'm getting, it really motivates me to keep on going. Lot's of people seemed to really like the template which is also great. I want to address two comments which also include these following suggestions; - Hmm.. that does sound like a very good idea, so I did change the header (the text that appears on the tab of the browser on the top). Do you think that is enough or should I also change that actual title where I have the AP logo and then amigo productions? - About the ads, thanks that wasn't so easy to figure out how to arrange them best so they also blend into the template and also are noticed. I would like to know if you get ads which are connected to photoshop or not? I'm finding it that when I go to the blog the ads are not always connected to photoshop or design. - And second, I have the youtube subscribe on the left sidebar and also the facebook page there.. I also have new twitter and digger accounts, should I also add them? I just don't want it to start becoming to messy. Is there a smart way you think I can do it? Thanks again for all the replies, I really really appreciate every suggestion and comment. Amigo.
Nice blog with all downloadable tutorials of .PSD format. Your blog contains ads with instruction texts which looks odd to me although those ads are very efficient for PPC.
Thanks for the reply p.caspian, Can you explain more about what you mean when you said "Your blog contains ads with instruction texts". Where do you see this? Thanks again!
Well, watch this image Your ads and Instruction to perform tutorial #2 has mixed up together which will cause problem to new users.
Wow.. What is tripadvisor doing on my photoshop blog?! That's definitely not what I was aiming at. I want ads connected to Photoshop obviously.. I made a small change now to that ad, and now it will change between text and image. Hopefully that will make a positive change. do you think that's any better? Is strange because all the other ads are usually somehow connected to Photoshop in some way..
Design is nice but I instantly clicked on your google ad and went to their website so you might want to update that. No point losing them just as they walk in the door. If it was my site I'd move the lessons to the top instead of the adwords. A bit too many ads in my opinion. Maybe make them a bit smaller and keep the content as the primary focus.
Since there were many replies since I posted this reply, I don't want it to be missed out because these questions are important to me. So I am quoting the message I'm talking about.. And I also want to answer this; I listened to your advice and made the ads smaller. I don't really want to get rid of them because I am hoping that perhaps when someone finishes watching one of the tutorials he will click on an ad that will interest him. That's why they do get a good quality position.. Thanks again for all the great comments guys! I'm learning a lot from all of you. This is really helping me. Amigo.
Thank you very much, appreciate it very much. Did any one try to download the .PSD files? I'd also be interested in hearing what you think about them, but obviously my main concern is the blogs content and design. So I'll appreciate more comments from you guys. Thanks!
