can't add links to RU queue...

 

The number of files in the queue is getting less now, the files are being uploaded to the service. We would appreciate your patience.

 

Please check RU now, new file links can be added. Sorry for the troubles.

 

ok thanks...just 1 thing, in my opinion the problem of RU is a big issue because many uploaders works with it, and if it doens't work or you have to wait long time, people could choose others file host.... :-( so please try to improve it in the best way...thanks...

 

Sure, we understand that. Since multiple hosts are involved into the RU (in other words, third-party systems), we monitor the situation/possible errors all the time, still they may happen. Will do our best to keep it stable.

 

yes i can add the links now. the only problem is that 3 hours later the status is still "Starting"...

please do something for EU servers

 

Yeah - from my .nl 1gbit box i upload at 450kb/s per file- roughly the same as megaupload and they limit you to that speed... - anything under 2MB/s is stupidly slow

 

FTP is dead slow for EU

so i used WU to upload [60-80MB/s ] then tried to remote , but but it failed

 

We expect delivery of the servers till the end of this week, we absolutely realize how important they are, thus we are waiting for them as you do.

As for remote upload - if you get the same error for some specific hosting please submit details to our support team, the engineers will look into the issue. In general, I can see that yesterday issues are resolved, and the files are not stuck in the queue anymore.

 

Great - hopefully these new servers will be amazing and truely make filepost

RU sucks big time. hours of waiting and it still says Starting

 

Yesterday we faced a very large queue of files - however all the files have been uploaded already. Also the engineers will make the changes to prevent such issues in the future.

 

A few words about recent file management improvements.

Two weeks ago we released a first series of improvements for our File Manager (and we thought there was nothing to improve anymore), however we have found new tasty things to implement. And today we would like to summarize these recently implemented new features.

The main improvement is an advanced file and folder select option. Now it is much easier and more convenient to work with a large amount of files. Now you can select files on one page only or all files in a folder (on other pages also). Thus choice and copying of multiple files will take seconds only!

Please note that once you choose a value for an option ‘number of files per page’, it will be saved for all following sessions. The same works when you choose a way of file sorting (by name, size or date) - the last sorting type will be active until it is changed. Those partners who work with numerous files will find the fact that the chosen sorting type is active for displaying folder tree when copying the files.

We have taken into consideration mutiple requests of our users and have reviewed the working methods of our most active partners - thus we have also adjusted the way of using main FM functions (e.g. when selection should stay or resumed).

Now next to each folder you can see an amount of files in it. Also we have fixed the errors related to the usage of special symbols within file names. We are proud to say that our File Manager is perfect and unique one.

We have also improved a folder choice feature for Advanced and Remote Upload sections - the choice can now be done from a folder tree. And upload statuses have become more informative and useful!

We plan to adjust all FilePost working tools to make them meet all your needs!
