    You will need to learn a programming language of your choice. I would suggest php. You will also need to learn the fb graph api. You can read blogs or online tutorials for both. PM me if you need any further info.

    BUT THERE IS A FREE ONE OUT THERE THAT'S BETTER... I'll get the URL later...

    Search on google for tutorials to get started. If you know php and javascript, it should not be a big deal to develop fb apps.
