It is one of the most studied religions in colleges. People are so intrigued by it's facets because it is a very unique religion.
what about the millions and millions who follow the religion in the name of a guy who told them that he was of virgin birth.
The idea of a god sitting on a tree eating bananas and throwing his turds around does make sense. After all its an indian god isn't it
He didnt tell them any of that, it was made up later, perhaps hundreds of years after that guy was dead. Copypasted from some Egyptian god's story if I remember correctly
He didnt tell them any of that, it was made up later, perhaps hundreds of years after that guy was dead. Copypasted from some Egyptian god's story if I remember correctly. The real name of Jesus is Horus. Here is how Jusus looked like:
Being born in a Hindu family I was always taught to believe in the existence of 3.3 Million god and goddess. As I grew up I learned the big bang theory and found out that the earth wasn't created by the god. I learned about the Sun and found out that there is not really any Sun god there, sun is just a big ball of hydrogen and other gases. I do not still discard the absence of god though. I believe there is a source of energy everywhere. (Ahh!! I think that's what Hinduism teach us) However I seriously discard following things in this religion:- Hinduism teach us that lower class people including sweepers, cobblers, barbers etc aren't allowed to enter in the temples, can't sit with higher class people.
Just a little correction. Hinduism doesn't teach you that. Nowhere in any real Hindu scriptures it is mentioned.. Hinduism tells you that Ram had eaten berries from Shabari, who belonged to a lower caste. It teaches you not to discriminate people based on their caste. Although, it is world's oldest surviving organized religion, it's become corrupt over the course of it's long history.
I don't really remember the name of the youtube video I saw once. There are some points in bhagwat geeta that are in favor of these kinds of discrimination. There are still many temples in South India in which lower cast people aren't allow to enter.
big joke.. Indian population cross 1.50 billion... - Billions of SC/ST live in village and even they don't know what is 'SC/ST' because of they are Hindu and some of SC/ST hate this rule... - Only 30% Reservation of SC/ST and Minority so other 60% to 70% are general category... Main problem: Politician use this trick "Divide and rule.." ____ Did you know our current government get only 10% to 20% vote from whole India?(Means other 80% to 90% peoples vote against our current govt..)
