Do not panic! If you read back you can see that this error is central, everyone have the same problem. Filesonic will solve it, and they will count everything subsequently. They are fair company they will not run away with your money.

It seems to me like referral stats were added to total payout amount but the numbers aren't shown in the statistics page...

 

Filesonic have started showing ads to free users, I think it will keep free users away and will gradually affect both downloads & sales. Hope they take back this decision as most people don't like ads filled websites.

Yes I think it's just a technical problem and hope it will be done as soon as possible.

 

Guys - if you check your "Payments" page your balance has been updated stats are counting just not displaying properly

 

Are you sure? I just log out from my Filesonic account to try without Premium what a free user see when he clicks on a Filesonic download link and that was a same like before, I saw no ads...

But the statistics still frozen now about since 6 hours, and it's a long time. I'm not afraid about money, but it's very bad without a download numbers feedback. I hope there are some technical support at Filesonic at weekends too, so we don't need to wait for the repair until monday...

Yes, you can see on the Dashboard too below at the "Payments", that the earning goes up (I'm in PPD plan).
That's what I wrote before:

So I think it's just a question of time when all datas come back into the whole statistics.
My only problem just I didn't remember how much my money ("Unpaid in USD:") was at yestarday so I can not accurately calculate my daily earnings, but it's not a big problem. The main thing is that the system counts everything in the background.

 

haha I know i've gone up roughly $45 today give or take $5

 

Now it seems filesonic have stopped showing ads to free users, previously I saw some (a few hours ago).

 

I think if these ads are not popups (I hate popups ),and these are only on the downloading window somewhere isn't a problem.
If Filesonic has more money (for example with these ads) they can pay ourselfs (uploaders) in the future too when the sales numbers are drop because of the saturation of the market...

 

any update on when stats might get fixed? Or if they are working on it?

 

WTF ? It's been 5-6 hours and still 0 download :S 0 sales :s

 

I am getting downloads, though they seem very low but no referal stats from yesterday though my money in "PAYMENTS" has gone up by about $40

You are seeing the "Are you a content owner?..." because you do not have any stats for today.
