search in Google site map generator, and then follow any website its will create sitemap.xml for your website.

 

Just keep publishing unique contents and keep building backlinks from authority sites and then ping them soon after they are built. I believe it will help you get indexed by search engine.

for xml sidemap you could search for the "Google xml Sidemap plugin" for your wordpress side.
For indexing you could supmit your site with this free webtool "imtalk.org/cmps_index.php?pageid=IMT-Website-Submitter".
