i was the guy that created this post 24 days ago about the loos of my adsense account along with all my cash..i have been searching the internet desperately ever since then in search of an alternate income stream...i can say now that once again i am a happy person as i finally laid my hands on some quality blueprints all thanks to some golden WSO's i aquired...I can now confidently say it sure feels good for you to see all that money in your account and NOT EVER HAVE TO WORRY about anybody getting theri Filthy hands on it (i had google in mind when i said that:mad:)..this time i work for my money and it smiles back at me lol :)..cant wait to hit my $10,000 target for this month...you know in a strange way i am kinda Happy DISABLED MY ACCOUNT cos it was what turned me into a money monster prowling the internet for alternate legit income sources and no longer dependent on google...my only dependence for now is on their search engine,no one can do without that i guess

How are advertisers happy ? google has these TOS to ensure advertisers don't receive bad quality traffic. This sort of ad arbitrage decreases conversion rates and puts advertisers at a loss. Google refunds advertisers the money always. I still receive click quality refunds for the campaign that I ran a month ago. The conversion was poor in the campaign and only with the refunds the net result has been profitable for me.

first of all it wasnt arbitrage...and when it comes to advertising,i beleive if your presell your product or item efficiently, you wont have to worry about conversion rate..Good Presell+Good AD + Reasonable selling prices => Will ALWAYS CONVERT...thats my point of view anyway

You can't sue a US company in Nigeria , it won't do anything . Case closed .

Unfortunately, no you can't. Google's legally binding contract that you agree to when you sign up expressly states you wave your rights to any legal recourse, third party arbitration, and litigation of any form.

Sadly, yes. You just about need a lawyer to decipher their term of service. The biggest issues I have with Google's terms of service, besides waiving all litigation, is that they can change their TOS anytime they desire without notifying you of the changes.

This is really about the only way to even try to sue Google. The burden of proving wrongful intent on Google's part is a huge burden, esp. in lieu of their TOS. It can and has been done, just very difficult to do so.

I lost 400$ ( I did not have the mtcn for them; they disabled the money before I got them ) and around another 200$ - on the way ... and they even weren't money made with Adsense. They where made via Google Affiliate Network - that delivers money through Adsense.
They said ... but I said that is better to focus to make other money.
