    It's not advanced it's as basic as it's ever gonna get . In fact it is a very bad technique .

    The beginning is the most fun, until you get stuck in some problem later on, then you can get stuck there for hours. Seriously though you are right in saying that it is fun after you get the hang of it.

    WebDesigning is so much fun when you do it right. Like all marketing there needs to be a goal, a strategy, and measurement. Its really very interesting to work with HTML and CSS.;)

    It is fun and very basic but most people are moving away from it for whole websites. Most companies and people want CMS's since they are easy to maintain and update. Although you need HTML and CSS knowledge for these I still recommend jQuery and PHP/MySQL
