    Hi,

You can calculate to your total % of content if you have 450 words content than you can put 3% keyword density about whole article content!

The keyword density of this article is highlighted in many article directory sites. Most popular article publishing sites are open to all styles of resources to check the keyword density of each article.

Icecube_Media has spelled out the formula to find the kw density, considering your requirement i just wonder of any free tool availability for the same. Nevertheless, there could be a possibility of a paid tool for the same. Google with "keyword density tool" or "keyword density checker", you will get something valuable for sure.

If you have written your article using MS Word then in the bottom left corner there is word count. Then count how many times you have used the keywords whose desnity you want to find. Divide both of them and mulitply the answer by 100, that is your keyword density for your desired keyword.

Generally for a 450 words article the you can use 3% of the keyword density.
