If you want you site to rank at top position then you can use google adwords as it is the best method to bring traffic to your site. If you do not want to do that then you have to put lot of efforts for Search Engine Optimization.
I have used adword keyword tools have even used the content as well but I've created a unique position in google why is still far from target? what wrong?
Yes you are true that crap sites and blogs do not rank high in google. If your site contains crap content then forget it, your site is not going to rank at number one. For positioning site on number one. you need to o have good quality content.
