How to upload RSS feed

    So I use link2rss and also bulk ping to create rss feeds for my backlinks, which are combination of profile links, and web 2 posts, etc...It gave me a link with xml format and its somewhat saying that I need to upload it....how can I upload a link? really confused....
    help please, thanks!

    thats my question, i know its done through FTP, but how do I upload a link, the url of the feed was given to me, something like this.... http.bulkping-this-is-the-rss-format.xml...
    now how do I get to upload that in my ftp if its a url address...I cant even make it file??? its a link...
