Buying Looking for PSD designer who can make my mock up happen!

Hi all,

Well the time has come for me to have a template that i have created made into the real thing but i need a designer to take my mock up and make the magic happen in a layered PSD.

In total there are 3 pages that need creating as i will be looking to have separate looks for different pages, so please quote me based on that price.

I am not looking for someone that has just started out in web design, so please have a portfolio of previous work available to show me.

I need the design to be created as you see it and i will offer guidance where you need clarification.

This design MUST be professional looking, it will be created into a website that we hope to make a strong brand and do not plan on starting on rocky foundations.
