Could it be you have someone on that cheap mattress of yours?[o] @exia_cs Feeling lonely everywhere you go anytime is not good.Lonliness should not be worn like a coat.You need to find a way to take the coat off and leave it off.Lonliness should be dealt with and not simply ignored for it will impair the quality of your life.Be proactive do something about it......time to make changes?
@vampiro You mentioned that you enjoy being alone "most of the time".That is referred to as a "Freudian slip". This means that you do experience it but just not very much.If you have a small nucleus of lonliness it can grow with the right impetus.You need to be mindful of it and monitor it so that it never becomes a problem for you.
@Zizitopas If you hate the feeling of lonliness then you ought to do something about it.The next time you feel lonely pick up the phone.It is very possible that the person you call may be feeling lonely too.You will help the both of you and the bond between you will be closer than it was before.
when i go home and visit my paretns for the weekend.. and i get back into my old single bed.. i feel lonely with out my girlfriend there to cuddle up with
@karanam You have a strong infrastructure of family and friends.Therefore you don't feel lonely.Many people don't have this group of family and friends to feel fulfilled as you do.Be thankful for the blessings you have. @impress51 You love your parents and your girlfriend.You feel the absence of this love when you are not with them.This brings on the feelings of lonliness.You will doubtless feel this everytime you are without them.Lonliness can be the price of love sometimes.

@avinashkhozseo Depression usually starts with feelings of hopelessness.But where there is life there is hope.People who are depressed become insular,therein lies the problem.When feeling down reach out.Never be too proud to ask for help.The depressed person will feel better knowing that someone cares,the person reached out to will feel better having helped someone.It's a win win situation.
Ah, whenever I feel lonely, I go to my friend Rabbit's hole.. We have some awesome carrot party, then we go finishing.. Loneliness gone!!

@Emma007 I understand what you are saying and what you mean.Body language can help with this.A smile is very powerful body language.It means that you approve of the person you are smiling at,it means you are friendly,it means you won't reject them.The next time you feel there is no one to talk to,try smiling at someone.You may be surprised at the results.
of course it happens when I feel lonely but it happens not often. Whenever I feel lonely I try to speak to somebody and share my emotions, it helps to overcome.
@karen.link It appears that you have this emotion under control.Firstly you don't experience it often.And when you do you simply reach out to others and deal with it.I believe that there has been a lot of good advice given on this thread that may help some to overcome this very powerful feeling,that can cause despair if left unattended.
