I get more than 100000 visits daily .

I used CPA Lead for a week and i'm not satisfied .

Have you tried Adscendmedia or if your nice http://adscendmedia.com ?
Pros :
1- Alot of surveys and whats good about them is that they tell you when it is going to convert for example
Survey name "blablabla"
Survey Converts at "E-Mail Submit" or "2-nd Page" etc...
2- Plus they have some really fun surveys
3- They are not too strict on whom to accept.
Cons :
1- Hate the user interface ( no chat like cpalead mainly ) it is just my opinion thou
2- Good Support NOT the best ( I prefer the tickets system from CPALead )
3- Less Payment options CPALead Has one of the best payment system out there... ( Mainly because i am an international user if you live in the USA I Think that will make your life alot easier. )

It really depends on the type of traffic you have, some convert more than others

tried content lockers in few pages, particular pages dropped from google and diappeared from 1st page, after we removed the scripts we came back to top 3 postions in a week
I believe it affects a lot in SEO

@alex17 - Your numbers do seem quite low. If they are, it's usually an indication that the content your are locking may not be valuable enough for your visitors to complete an offer for. Are you promoting the "premium" or "platinum" offers? Try changing your widget's offer settings to "easy lead" or "strictly conversions" and measure the outcome. An increase to at least 10% conversions with a $0.10 EPC will definitely make an impact on your earnings.
