    This Site is a SCAM. I was scam $109. All of the positive testimonials in that Site are FAKE. All of the real, negative testimonials get deleted. If you really care about your money, then DO NOT use that site. If you use that site, Don't cry when you get your money stolen. You have been warned.

    ***Do not Believe any positive reviews because they are FAKE.
    ***After I sent email after email, the owner finally admits that he stole my money

    You should start with by contacting Paypal and any other processors they use with the evidence, maybe even post a warning on their facebook page, and they have a twitter account.

    File a chargeback for money you have been scammed for.Use genuine payemnt processors like Paypal,Moneybookers,Alertpay :)

    i dont belive that paychange.in is scamming ? because i my self bought and sell Liberty Reaserve with them , many time and all time they processed mine order
