Im a bit worried about using Adwords...

I was using AdWords in the past and i feel that my competitors may just be clicking on my ads in order to get my site 'out of the way' and basicly waste my money.

I am hoping (and i am pretty sure) that Google actually does something to help prevent this? If so, i do not know what it is... so what kind of measures do they take?

Thanks in advance to anyone who may know.

They can only do it once a day from one computer so it wont cost you alot evan if they do, why not just spend the money on optimising your site instead of adwords for abit? Allthough adwords is seriasly quility, maybe spend abif of money getting your site to the top in the natural free rankings.

Did you not try decreasing your CPC?

not competitors but have many customers want to know about your products then click on your ads. you have to analyz market first then keywords then competitors. there are many new advertiser think like you and give up finally.

The advertisers dominating in the loans and finance PPC markets are doing so because they're usually the providers themselves - giving them a great deal more profit margin than affiliates.

In any PPC market, prices eventually reach an equilibrium which you can see from the current bid prices. Usually in markets like this, the providers are at the top of the advertising chain whilst the affiliates have to bottom feed.

Mind you, if you can somehow get finance and loan traffic for free or extremely cheaply, then you can actually do quite well in that sector.

I have to say that I am happy with adwords, I use the U$S 50 free from google. The Ad give me god quality clicks, a lot of traffic. Now I have to pay from my pocket, I think I just going to have a small budget just to drive some traffic
