I have spent over $100 on the design of the site (template, header banner, and other customisations)

It is run on the wordpress platform and updating the site is easy.

It currently gets around just under 100 visits per day with no promotion. But in the past when I was promoting it, it has had 900 visitors in one day, and this month has had a 600 visits per day on one ocassion. The site has made several bodybuilding.com affiliate sales from the adverts.

ranks #6 for "bodybuilding workout videos" on google, only beaten by bodybuilding.com

and ranks #35 for "Bodybuilding Workouts"

Note this ranking are with very little backlinks, so someone who is specialised in this area could increase them rankings easily.

The site also has a facebook page which will be included in the sale

YouTube is hemorrhaging money, Google is under investor pressure to make it profitable and has been destroying "content farm" websites for having shallow content. Soon they will have an algo that determines x % of a websites content is nothing but YouTube video embeds, and for you that's 98%, when that happens your traffic will plummet because google wants/needs youtube to rank for as much stuff as humanly possible, above non-original content sources. And you want someone to pay a years worth of revenue and take a gamble on that very uncertain future?

is there anyway for trainers to add their own videos? maybe add descriptions and encourage videos be added from other websites?

also to readers be wary of the numbers in the analytics that begin trending up at the end. google changed how the treat sessions a few days ago, not ops fault but there's a lot of false positives at the tail there that you should be aware of.

 

Very nice looking site. I could really be interested but at pretty much lower price tag. 1000$ is just a way too much.

 

There's nothing to say a buyer has to take the site in the same direction I have, it has a lot of potential to go other ways. yes the current format is very simple.

Yes videos can be added from other sites such as vimeo, so not just youtube.

And as for the analytics stats, the last day which peaks upto nearly 300, that is because I posted it on another forum for sale. and as for the day which nearly hits 600 that is because i posted a question for fans on the facebook page.

Google claims that visitors changed by 1% but if you read the comments it's really about 15-25% seeing this swing on most of my sites as well.
