what do i need to do with my new website? where do i submit sitemaps?

That Simple .. Just Submit Your Sitemap. .as you don before.. for you website.. Google, Yahoo, Bingo And More Search Engines !

 

for site map you have to just search on google.

 

Submit your sitemaps to Google and other search engines (if you deem it necessary), or for easier sitemap detection and submission you can use Google's Webmaster Tools.

 

Yes, I have added my site to google webtools'a. Site map for example, sitemap.html add in the form. I think the benefit would be.

 

I think Google's Webmaster Tools are very helpful for fix this problem.

 

if its a wp site trying using a seo to make a sitemap for then upload it to google WMT

One more thing, how to identify/check if the website already submitted a sitemap on all Search Engines? The case was, I don't know if the website I'm holding right now, has submitted sitemap already since this was pass over to me from other person. Could you provide me a list of all the Search Engines that I am required to submit a sitemap? because all I know is Google, Yahoo and Bing only, are these enough?

You Should Create the Sitemap according to the major search engine Like Google,Yahoo,Bing and Submit them Through Webmaster Tools.There is no need to submit Sitemap to other search engines.

Submit to your sitemap to google webmaster tool in order to get fast indexing by google

 

If you have submitted to google,yahoo,bing,there isno need to do further submissions,your blog sitemap got enough visibilty

 

Go to Google and type XML sitemap generator. Type the URL of your site and press the create button at the bottom. Your XML sitemap compatible with Google will be created. Now all you need to do is put this file which you have downloaded at the root directory of your website.

 

if your website is new, you don't need a sitemap. very simple

seriously, a sitemap tells search engines about where the pages are in your site. it's good if you have a very large site with many pages that are very deep, poorly linked or not liked at all. the sitemap tells search engines that these pages exist so that they can crawl them faster

my guess is that a new website has nothing of those, so you dont need a sitemap
