forum links vs blog links

I need your views on forum signature links and blog comment links which are good and why they are good!

To be honest, I think both have their merits. Forums are likely to give more direct traffic, but posts get deleted from time to time so the links won't be permanent.

 

Both have good effects but you just have to make sure that what you are posting are helpful to the community and not out of context or else it will get deleted.

Most blog posting are no follow while forums are do follow most of the time.

 

I hate blog links. First of all - the moderator has to accept your comment - then they way backlinks are structured, they usually get swallowed up.

Both methods are good ways, you just need to put the right content. Make sure it is engaging and relates to the topic at hand.

 

Both are good , if links are high pr and do-follow.

 

You should know the way to find dofollow and approved blogs, and you won't find any interruption of mods..

Even backlinks from them are highly helpful than any other links.. I can bet over it

Both are very valuable back links. But from forums we can get good traffic.

 

No doubt forum links is better than blog. In blog, you hardly build a reputation, comment is not accumulate. In addition, we cant insert keyword to comment link, in most cases it will consider spam and disapprove by owner.

For those user who have great reputation in forum, their signature link and posting link can generate much traffic than blog comment.

I'd say forum links are better than blog links. Forum links stay around longer.

 

I think forums links are not very strong for seo, generally. But you can snag direct traffic that way.

 

All of them work actually, with varying degrees of success. The Google Panda update has kicked the shit out of spammy links and crappy sites. Only quality content and relevant links are all that prevail.

 

It means you are still away from finding such good blogs which approves without moderation.. Don't hide your weakness with your words

So it will add less value to your reputation. Most blogs are no-follow. Also many blogs will not allow to use keyword as signatures. But in forums you can build links for your keywords easily.
