    What is a virtual bank account? One where you get a VCC? If so then you need to talk to your bank directly.

    You can get Virtual Bank Account(VCC) from bank accounts :)

    if u are from Indian than i guess you are talking about branch free banking from icici. If it is so than simply fill the online form and wait for their approval but this facility is available in very few areas. and you will also get a re-loadable VCC :)

    Brother VBA and VCC not same ? :p
    VBA is different and its perfect to verify other country Paypal accounts with no problem . Just Buy VBA of that country and verify with paypal then withdraw your funds to that VBA and then transfer to BANK in INDIA :)
    With this you can enjoy feature of that country Paypal and also get your money to your own bank. I also do use Canadian Paypal and VBA with it . But VCC is different its Virtual Credit Card . which only allow one time use and for only verify Paypal / Alertpay / Moneybookers accounts . to get this you may can ask your Bank just like my bank AXIS supports E-wallet Card which is equals to VCC , but still if you dont get it then you can search google and get it ..

    A virtual bank account is indeed an account but in an online bank, you do all the transactions online, meaning that there is no physical bank branch you can visit or an ATM to withdraw your money.
    You may wonder, ain't PayPal the same? No, a virtual bank is not a payment processor, it's for more like money storage.

    You got to be careful when choosing a virtual bank though, the risks are obvious.

    If you have Payoneer Card , you can have Virtual Bank Account.

    According to what I understand, ICICI bank branch-free banking is not a virtual bank account. It is a bank account like any other bank account but without a pass book or an ATM card. A virtual bank account doesn't need documentation. There are many online shops which sell VBA and VCC for paypal verification. They don't need documentation and are meant for one time usage.
    But, by virtual if you simply mean something for which you don't have anything physical, then you can call ICICI bank b2 account as virtual bank account.
