Making public is better to get more downloads & sales. But if your files are extreme copyrighted contents then don't mark it public as chances for getting DMCA take down is very high.

Main folder is public by default that's how you got that download.

The area where it says "Must Be Public" is where the folder link would be - it means "If you want the folder link, your folder must be public"

Willy, please help. I only get ~200kB/s upload speed via FTP. I'm using Total Comander. I have really good internet connection (I can upload files up to 5-7mB/s). But wpload isn't friendly with me what's the problem? I have also noticed that download speeds are low sometimes...

 

nesmagu - if you are located in the US then this will be your issue. - Rent a server in .nl like myself big investment but pays off

 

I'm from East Europe. Well one day I had 800kB/s upload to wupload via ftp... But now it is 150-200kB/s max. Willy please check my account (it's like my nickname).

 

east Europe - i'm guessing romania and the likes... most ISPs there will not have good upload rates out side of your own country.

 

my connection isn't bad, and i'm not from romania

 

my point wasnt the country that was preuly an example, I would always advise people rent a server in order to upload - even RDP (check wjucntion for best offers)
