PR does not effect your ranking. your alexa ranking effect your earning if your alexa decrease it will increase your earning.
it affect your earning but not directly. For example you have PR 7 and your compititor has PR0, that will make you rank higher on the Search Engine Result Page, which make you get more visitor, which will increase your earning
but it is a factor in serp ranking calculation. it helps in serp ranking as one of those factors, i.e backlinks from High PR why don't you ask Matt to find out more on this, it might give you new ideas

Actually, you are wrong. PR is still considered as a ranking factor, although not as nearly important as link sellers would like you to think.
NO, PR has NO effect on rankings. Backlinks do have an effect on ranking and PR is just a way of showing how many/high PR backlinks your site has. Google does not say "This site has a PR of 3, so let's give it a handicap in the rankings". Google does say "This site got many links to it from high autority sites, let's give it higher ranking".
