    lol, the owner, Sorel Mihai bailed on my project after got paid $800

    that was almost 2 years ago, lucky my I can get my $600 back from Paypal

    No, I asked him to design few WordPress themes for my theme shop, and after months of waiting and complaining I only get 1 unfinished design (which then I saw the design is very similar to his other project)

    Yep, I filled a dispute and got that $600 back.
