    Domain was 6 months old. Became to be a membership website on May. So it's actually 3 months old for the membership.
    Already registered 65 premium members so far.
    Low Alexa rank. Valid PR1

    Included backlink service on the sub-domain (based .html page). I am reseller of backlink services, you can continuing the services. I will show you the provider of the services.


    Earning
    Main earning come from the membership and backlink services. Really bit from adsense.


    Traffic

    There are have 2 plans: monthly and lifetime
    Currently I deactivated the recurring plan and made the lifetime access for $7
    However you can set the membership plans to any prices as you want.

    I have attached awstats report for last month.


    Some information:
    The files (2000+ resell right products) stored in my hosting, it's 50+ GB in total of file size.
    For buyer can simply let the files hosted in my hosting without any charge, but if you want to keep the files in your own hosting I can also to moving it, just it may take a longer time for transfering the 50+ GB files.

    The site have good enough organic traffic, some from forums (signature links) and twitter (I have more than 1k followers).
