    Hi m4mim4n,

Unfortunately you can't verify your AlertPay account with a VCC. You must either have a real credit card or debit/credit card. You should be able to get this at most banks or financial institutions.

    Thanks,

i can't withdraw my funds from alertpay to my bank or via check / to card in India , so i have to use an exchanger , they charge heavy sums to exchange and literally its the customer who suffers , please take this into priority and mend your services.

p.s: Only bank wire is available and 99% of the banks do not support it here in India

    Hi Asmina,

We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. We should have check withdrawal back in a few weeks, and credit card withdrawal back soon as well.

We thank you for your patience.

    Hi,

One of the reasons we ask people to verify their credit cards is to help increase the security of our system. We require a credit card to be validated in order to reduce the risk of chargebacks and fraudulent transactions. Verifying a credit card also helps confirm someone's identity which we require according to international banking laws. Avoiding this verification or trying to maneuver around it risks getting your account locked, as well as the security of our system. We thank you for your understanding, and hope you are committed to helping us continue to serve you.

    Thanks,
    ChriZ

    Hi,

If you have a verified account then you should be able to withdraw without any major issues. If you are initiating your first large withdrawal then our Compliance department may request a further Identification document but as long as everything is legitimate there shouldn't be a problem. If you do experience difficulty send us in a ticket through our website: https://www.alertpay.com/en/contact.aspx or call us at: 1-514-748-5774. We'll be happy to help :)

    Thanks,

    Well where do I begin.

I've been using Alertpay for around 2 years now everything was smooth sailing until around 2-3 months back. My Personal Alertpay account was limited without notice or an email to me "Access to your account is currently limited. Please contact Customer Support for assistance."

I have tried countless times to call them and email them. I have emailed them once a week for around 2 months and this is getting ridiculous and when I call them it says their lines are busy. Would an Alertpay representative kindly like to get back to me before I loose my cool?

    Regards

    Luke

    Hello,

    Screenshot => www[.]img809[.]imageshack[.]us/img809/6198/apbalance[.]png

I have invested some money from my AlertPay account.
After a few days, the account of the merchant was frozen.
I don't know the reason, but, to be honest, I don't care what it was.
So, he can't send my money back.
We all know that the "Transaction Dispute" it's just a joke.
He won't pay because of you... You'll not give me the money back just because...for fun.
The truth is that one of you has stolen my money!!!!!!!!!!!
Please, tell me, who is the thief ?

P.S. I'll not tell you my name or username, so don't ask for.

    Hi RunAway,

If you invested money recently and we locked the account of that merchant then there was a very good reason for that. We are encouraging all of this merchant's clients to submit Transaction Disputes. We will be sending out a refund as soon as possible. We do apologise for the inconvenience but we have had to do this for the security of all of our members.

    Thanks,

    Hallo Alertpay,

We firstly want to say you are a very good payment processor and we hope you will get up the good work in the future. You are also much better than Paypal.

Only one big bad point what i can give to Alertpay and i hope they will change it in the future is:

they reserve sometimes payments older then 20 days and for us as a Seller is a big problem. We are shipping the items within 2-4 days to our customers after payment. In the last time they have reversed more then 1000 USD from our account and we have still shipped the items to our Customers so we have loose the money. We can not let the customer wait for more than 20 days to see if Alertpay will reverse the payments or not. Everybody who is a seller knows what we are talking about. The second thing is for every such a Reversed payments made from Alertpay they are calculating fees and sometimes for higher payments they are more than 20$. So firstly we loose the money we recive from our customer and additional we have to pay the fee for the money we loose.

Alertpay you must work really on this problems i you should not process payments they are fraud. Also when you rellay must reverse the payments then please do it within 2 business days and not 20 days and also dont calculate the fees. So this is only the complaint we have against Alertpay but all other things by Alertpay are very good and better than by Paypal.

Thank You Alertpay and keep up the good work for the future.

@technodiscount24, Thank you for your support! :)
I've taken your comments below and addressed them to the right people over here. In terms of your own reserve, we can normally lower a reserve time after a seller has been with us for a while and has proven to have a good track record. If you think your account deserves to have the hold time reduced (minimum: 50 transaction & 2 months history) then you can send a support ticket to our business development department and we will gladly review your account.

    @wtf_crane - I sent you a reply :)
