I want learn about Keywords Optimization and Keyword Density

    Hello Everyone,

    I want to learn about Keyword Optimization and Keyword Density. Can anyone help me on what how to analyse a keyword of a website? How to determine a keyword that would easily rank in Google.

    Keyword density is the ration of keywords in the content. It depends no. of keywords and words of the content. SEO point of view 1.2 to 2% density is considered the best.

    Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or key phrase appears on a web page in comparison with the total number of words on the page.
    There are many lot of tools available on net to check keyword density.
    You can use this to check keyword density. [www].seocentro.[com]/tools/seo/keyword-density.html

    Ideal keyword density in percentage is 1% to 7%

    Thanks for the TOOL. I tried to use it, and still confused. How did they get the percentage on the number of count?
    it shows that 1 count and 0.88%, 2 count and 1.75%, 3 count 2.63% etc... how is that happened?

    Keyword density means that how much time a specific keywords ( your anchor text) appears in your content (article) of your web page.

    Keyword Density and keyword prominence both are extremely important. The keyword density should be about 5% and not more and the keywords should be prominently placed where the Google crawler can see them when it comes to crawl your site like the title, desription, header tags and anchor text.
