"No respond, no reply, no action" - how unwise.

How the hell can they hold paypal responsible for what Oron did? You don't pay Paypal for files, you pay Oron for service. The payment methods are probably down because of this process/investigation.

 

For the same reason they should sue every filehosting company. And it isn't right Oron is taking no action. Oron is deleting files when they get a DMCA notice or when they are reported as illegal content, like all the other filehosters. Why dont they sue even filesonic, wupload, megaupload, etc.?

 

I don't know it's real issue or not. But today i get 2 rebills already.

 

hotfile, wupload, filesonic and fileserve still accept paypal payments..

 

all hosts have %99 percent stolen materials
also i know oron deletes so many files each day because of copyright inf.

 

ok, the "oron being sued" matter is bullshit, I have just talked with somebody from the support. Most likely the Paypal issue will be solved today.

Ofcourse paypal is responsible! You pay for illegal downloads, and oron cant proof they have copyright lincenses of the hosted material to sell. So paypal is responsible for the transactions on illegal goods, Other side, oron is not taking action when a dmca notice has been send. Stupid.

BTW alertpay and webmoney also started investigation to oron.com. ( last posted on the adult webmaster forum)

oron has burned his fingers on some hugh porn producers/productions videos, and now those companies want there money back.

This doesn't make sense. You cannot "get money back" when the money is paid for SERVICE, not files. Nobody knows who paid for downloading which file when they go premium on any file-hoster and at what rate the files were downloaded. How can a company know exactly how much was taken from them for their files on a file host service? They can't go around making wild projections and then just step in front of a file-host and demand their own home-made projection back. Oron can just say the file was hosted - and NEVER downloaded - while people paid for premium. They can't go into their database and check it out, can they? Otherwise, if they could, nobody'd keep such a database anyway.

 

I can personally assure you that there is a take down notice from leaseweb.com (serverhosting) to oron.com? Just read the xbizforum correctly. There you can read the take down notice complete, als the paypal notice.

So oron is monkey us.
