    A Serbian Film, but I didn't complete it. I stopped it during the newborn baby raping scene. Terrible and disgusting movie.

    The most disturbing movie I've completed is probably Martyrs. One of my all time favorites now!

    Saw series will be my next movies to watch and I'm interested in Hills Have Eyes.

    I've watched the serbian film. However, the newborn baby raping scene was not shown. I guess I watched the cut version or something.

    Cannibal holocaust is disturbing, I watched it like 4 years ago, decided never to watch it again.
    Another similar movie is Cannibal Ferox, as disturbing as CH.

    August Underground Mordem, Cutting Moments, Aftermath, Flowers of Flesh and Blood and Nightmares in a Damaged Brain are all a lot more disturbing.

    Cannibal Holocaust is a walk in the park compared to those movies.

    You should watch Salo (120 Days of Sodom) or August Underground.

    You know all the writers and directors were under fire when the doco came out, becuase everything in that film is real!
