    With paypal banning directories that accept gambling and adult sites, is there a way to put paypal account so you have to accept payments manually?

    If someone sends you a payment will remain on hold you have to accept manually.

    How about stating in your directory that your directory does not accept gambling sites, and just processing a full refund when you get gambling submission? I think paypal will tolerate that.

    Just refund any payment for anything that goe's against Paypal's terms, i have many times & have no problem.

    However once when i did accept payment for a gambling link (by not refunding) my account was limited...
