    I have varified paypal account with sufficient balance. How i can pay any one using paypal balance. Every time i want to pay by paypal it ask me to enter my credit card details. Though i have already furnished by my bank details. Is their another way to pay by payapl or credit card information is compulsory.

    You have to link a bank account or credit card to the paypal account and it will be deducted from there if there is no money in the paypal account.

    If you are paying from India, you have to pay through your credit card. You cannot use your Paypal balance for the same. This rule has been implemented since quite some months.

    One can only withdraw funds from his/her paypal account balance if he/she is having indian paypal account.
