Review my fairly new work from home site

    I recently changed the theme of my work from home site and would like for you all to share your comments and opinions to help me make the site better. I also made some changes to the career directory section and would really like to know your opinions about that at well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Very nice design but it takes time for the site to load here. Why don't you use CDN service? This would make your site load even faster for any location world wide.
