After two days of working very good, Remote upload feature gives errors for Filesonic links after just few moments of paste the links !!!

check your premium account and try again. ru from fsc working fine for me...

 

It's already saved in Wupload, but I'll try to remove then insert it again ...

willy im haveing all sorts of problems it takes forever to load get system error or theres no server to handle the request are you fixing this or what

 

I've spent most of the day just trying to up a set of 6 rars - about 2Gb. So far I've managed to get just 1 of the files on the wu server. This is just ridiculous .
I think that's it for me - maybe when internal ru has been disabled and the 'new infrastructure' is up and working properly and the wait time has been set properly at a reasonable length, then maybe I might give wu another try, but for now I'm just not up for this - it's way too much hassle for way too little reward, and I went through it all with fsn already.

Thanks Willy for the premium account, I really have appreciated it, - it runs out at the end of the month and I guess all my files will be immediately deleted then, which is a shame - I was going to buy a year premium but I just can't justify it as at the moment there's no way I can earn much under these conditions, and I can't use WU for my new project because of internal RU, so I will just let it go and thank you for giving great support. Hopefully I will be back sometime in the future when things are a bit more stable

My apologies for the issues which you were facing - these were temporary bugs which were the result of us running some maintenance and tests on the system and hardware. Take a look at your stats, they are updated correctly! If anybody suspects that there is still an issue with your stats, as always, PM me your account ID so I can take a look!

More so I should apologize for not informing everybody of this to avert any surprise and speculation

There is still some issue with download speeds from certain servers, that is correct, but we have new hardware on the way which will greatly reduce the load on individual servers and improve speeds across the boards!

And, JAW, once your premium is up, your files are not deleted immediately. They will be protected for an extra 30 days as a free user. I'm sorry to hear that you do not have patience while we fix issues and begin to roll out the new infrastructure.

To the rest of our loyal affiliates, I thank you for your patience as well as the healthy comments and suggestions you've been giving! They do not go unnoticed!

Hope that your guys fix those speed bugs ASAP.

& no worries with stats bcoz of low speed ppl are not able to downloads as much they want so that's the only stats are low.

But its always consistence for me So i love you Willy you are the best of the best in making filehost for us.

I still use wupload for about 10% of my files..

You keep referencing "temporary issues" for a couple months now, they are just issues now and you are only adding about half the servers you need to. For every 1 server you THINK you need add 3 and all your affiliates and users will have a much happier time here

Your download speeds for the last 10 random files I have downloaded as a premium users are still around the 500kb/s mark or less.

The support is give is great there is no doubt about that, just wish you would stop believing you need less resources then you do and get connected to real datacenters that can handle your massive traffic and set you up with the equipment you need.. because whomever you are with now isn't working.

I don't want you guys to fail so I am crossing my fingers!

Yesterday after the stats frozen ... i got 3 premium sales!Hope download speed will increase so we will have better stats...

this is to sad, the stats are wrong today, well any way mine are , somebody else have low or wrong stats?

 

I recently signed up for a free account, 2 days ago I uploaded my first 10 files to my account, I published them on some forums and got some downloads while my stats are always at 0!
I'm sure I received many download, 1 from my brother, so I should have at least 1 download reported
I have a pay-per-download account and it's very strange it doesn't count any download!
