    I get PR 5 , but it is very suspicious to me , because Alexa for this site is N/A, SeoMoz is 0, and site has 0 backlinks

    Yes - it is also suspicious to me. I guess Google must have an error. The site it just a couple of months old. And I haven't started to fill in the content yet.
