Twitter follow not working

    I am unable to follow in twitter when logging in. A message shows try logout and login.when i did the same again same message comes. Any one help me?:cool:

    A year ago twitter said "A small percentage of people are currently unable to follow or unfollow others. We are aware of the problem and the root cause. And we’re working to fix this as soon as we can."

    It is not always 'user error'
