    Hi guys, I find this forum by google search. I'm not sure why there is no support on the filesonic website. Now I have a problem and not sure why. When I try to log into my account, I get the following error:

    [h=2]Error[/h]Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email.


    I'm sure I have the right username and password typed. Does that means my account is deleted? If so, why?

    If you are among the 1% not cheating, send a PM to Hish or Jake with your user-ID.
    Hint: FileSonic has logs --> if you are a cheater, do not even bother to send them a PM claiming you are innocent.

    - share your account
    - use your own account as referral to make a new account
    - cheat with buying premium accounts
    etc.
