    Hey Guys,

    I have a small forum I am wanting to sell. Its based on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 which is coming out later this year, It still small and I dont have much time to develop it so I am going to sell it off. Its on Xenforo which will not come with the forum due to I can not transfer it yet. It was started in June and has not been advertised much. The domain is registered with DomainSite.com There is 1 moderator who is very active and post good info. The twitter account will come with it @TalkMW3 which is also small. I would like to sell it for $70 and the closer to the time the game is released it will grow. But It need some one with experience in building forum.

    The logo is custom and the theme is free but has been changed in some areas. The forum has 82 members and 113 topics and 504 post.

    I can not give you traffic details as I change to a new host 2 days ago (+1 for StableHost) because my old host was getting very slow as in page loads.

    If you have any questions feel free to post here or PM me. You can make offer but I pretty sure $60-70 is the least I will take for it as time and development to this point has taken some time and you are getting a great base to start off with.

    $60-70 seems reasonable if you have traffic from google. Provide the 1-2 day traffic stats, and sources and I might be interested
