A dedicated IP (Internet Protocol) is a unique Internet address dedicated exclusively to a single hosting account. Normally, several hosting accounts reside on a single server and share that server's IP address. Dedicated IP addresses are usually used for large SSL-encrypted secure websites and particularly large and/or traffic-heavy sites. Most shared hosting users have no particular need for a dedicated IP address. Some time a local host is much valuable as it support for good serp in search engin but still I am confused about it. I heared from many to go with Dedicated servers India for hosting but A globle hosting like godaddy.com is good for me?
I think you are confusing a dedicated IP address with a dedicated server. A dedicated IP address gives someone using a shared hosting service some protection. For example, if you have a shared hosting account (without a dedicated IP address), if another site is taken down (fraudulent or one that is in breach of any regulations), then if your account happens to share the same IP address, your site may be taken down, too. For that reason, a dedicated IP address for your host account and also for each of your domains may not be a bad idea although it would add $2/m per site to your costs. A dedicated server, on the other hand, is a server that is for your exclusive use, only. No other person shares that server. It usually comes with its own dedicated IP address, also. The simplest way to explain the difference between shared hosting and dedicated hosting is to liken a shared hosting account to that of an apartment where each of the apartments share the same postal address whereas the Dedicated server would be like having an entire house to yourself where the address is not shared with anyone else. Unless you have a site that has high volume visitors (hits) per day, I would not use a Dedicated Server. It would be too costly. Instead, I'd choose shared hosting from Bluehost or Hostgator (approx $7/m) where you can unlimited domains and unlimited bandwidth. Many top marketers use one or other of the two. As for Godaddy, I buy my domains from them but I wouldn't use them for my hosting. You can get cheaper options with the above two and the support system is really, really quick and excellent. I've several sites hosted with Bluehost and Hostgator and have been with them for years.
Dedicated IP address is good for SEO, avoids you get penulized for other's crimes. And if you want to buy dedicated server, there is one important point to consider, that if your business is a local business or global. If it is a local business, a ccTLD domain extension (.in and .co.in for India) help quite a bit, and server location in your country will help even more. Server location helps in 2 ways, firstly a server located in India will make your website faster if opened from India, and secondly Google considers server location in local SEO (simply because of the fact that it makes websites faster locally). But another important point to note is that you buy dedicated server from a very good and reputed company only, and the company how actually owns that severs, else their server downtime and connection speed will wash off all the advantages. Most companies in India just resell dedicated servers which are not actually located in india, (which is fraud) thus you get a higher price and lower performance and no SEO benefit at all. The company you have linked in your post also looks like a reseller of dedicated server, I can deduce that because they are not dedicated in their business. They develop website sell link building services etc. Moreover 3 countries of support is indicating that they have contact with other companies ( in US and UK) from which they have contracted the reselling of their servers. However you must do your inquiry yourself.
