advice on domain name that Ii have bought

I have bought a domain name for my football team from cheapdomainnames.com part of Namesco

I have had no notification of the purchase, despite the fact the money has been taken from my account and the domain whois says i own it. 

I have emailed the website and still got no response. The only other option is to ring them, or go to namesco and complain again.

It has been a week since purchase.

I have the site ready I just want to get the name sorted 

 

1. Try recovering your password using the email you used while registration.
2. If you get password login and see if domain is there in your account.
3. If domain is not in your account, or no such account exists, pass the weekend and then wait for your reply.
4. If still no reply complaint using any means you have got.

I have tried  that but it says that the email used isn't in their system!!

Also check whois to see if the domain was actually registered for you.
