    Google + and Google+1 are two very different things.
    Google + is a way to share with the people you know (and the people you want to know).
    Google+1 is simply a rating system.
    In my opinion, Google made a mistake in naming these two different things with names that are so similar.
    It's confusing at first.

    As mentioned above, there are many great improvements Google Plus has made to surpass Facebook.
    Two of them are video conferencing with more than two people at once, and multiple circles.

    there are 2 answer for that.
    1) Facebook like will increase your conversion rate and traffic flood to your site if you do the right way ;)
    2) google +1 increase your "page Rank" a lil bit but really a lil bit, it work more like a trust seal , people give the + other people see that are more trust about your site .

    G+ is very promising because every +1 give you higher rank with people in like-clicking user circle. Imagine you are liked (+1) by Larry Page, that means higher your page/profile in search machine with ~10 mils people.

    Sorry for tell you that's wrong at all lol that +1 doesn't affect the rank page , i just tryed out on one of my domains i had more the 500k +1 and doesn't change the domain rank :)

    and my domain had already over 500k unique users so the +1 is deffenely just a reputation button like how i said hearlier doesn't affect your page rank :) just affect you domain trust like a certify seal :)
