    I am selling one forum with around 8-10k monthly unique visitors all from search engines. Forum is growing daily and is hosted on vbulletin,

    expect to get over 30-40k monthly unique visitors after maybe 3 months. I have not added adsense or any other advertising on this forum yet as i dont even have adsense account right now.

    I am selling full forum for just $650 which includes vbulletin license worth $250.

    i am selling it because i dont have time to manage it and in the hand of some other guy this forum can become really big!

    I don't understand this whole URL secrecy thing. It just raises doubts of underhandedness. If someone has a genuine site to sell, why not just let people know and make a best case by presenting all the facts, stats, analytics etc. That way genuine buyers get interested and you get better deals.
