why paypal not working in Pakistan?

Paypal is now owned by ebay [An American company] and was bought in 2002. There's no truth of saying that Paypal is owned by Israel.

 

I have mailed paypal a dozen times but they dont even reply

 

Certain rules and regulations laid by State Bank Of Pakistan are unimaginable which made it tough for PayPal to land in Pakistan even though it tried to sort out things with Ministry of IT, Pakistan but things didn’t favored PayPal. The bureaucracy put little commitment to get things done right.

 

Someone mentioned paypal i must remind that most people arent willing to use alertpay most of the time and the alternatives are costing like 25% of the amount so both the things are sort of useless

 

try moneybookers to get paid..Or else alertpay

 

we just work and people tell we are going to pay you through paypal they never tell us that they will be using alertpay i asked one of my employers he said ill set up an alertpay account but he never did employers should have both accounts

 

May be government is not much interested to bring paypal services in there country .

 

Now let me tell you the main reason when paypal established there was no online system in pakistan and bangladesh and you all know paypal works on online system so now tell them that please open paypal in pakistan

 

UBL and Allied bank is offering online Internet banking. Also almost every bank is issuing credit cards and debit cards. So, what type of online system you're talking about?

 

I must pointout one thing here. If Moneybookers, Alertpay, Plimus, 2CO, Payoneer etc are working efficiently in Pakistan, then what the issue PayPal is facing to land in Pakistan. Webmasters from PK are facing serious problems. PayPal must notice the issue.

 

If paypal launched in future at Pakistan, I think it'll not allow to use full features. It'll only allow to send payment but not receiving or withdrawing money.

If they are planning to do that in Pakistan, they must sustain the policy they own current days, They (PK) are webmasters and they have to receive funds from clients. That is the whole case.
At least PayPal must address the issue, people want to know the reason.

 

@contentcomp Dear i said when paypal "LAUNCHED" there was no online system. Now they have to take serious action to also implement paypal in pakistan. Pakistan Webmaster and freelancers have same potential as of indians so paypal should think about it.

pay pall is under control in Israel Jews, first time listen, if it is true pay pall not working in Pakistan future because Jews not allowed in Pakistan.
