More seamless way to directlink to Amazon than an Astore ?

I have been toying with the idea of becoming an affiliate through Amazon and was looking at the various options for connecting customers to Amazon content from my site. So far I have noticed direct links, banners, widgets & the Astore. I was wondering if it was possible to for customers to actually browse the entire contents of Amazon from within my site somehow. Similar to the way the Astore works, but hopefully with a little more seamless appearance then the giant widget look of the Astore.

Any idea of this is possible or suggestions as to what such a thing is called so can do further investigating?

Why, you can just send your visitors to Amazon via your affiliate link!
ANY sales that they made within 24 hours will get you comissions.

Why would they want to browse in Amazon INSIDE your site if you can just tell them to go over to Amazon by "clicking here"?

    Hope it helps :)

There are several Amazon Scripts around that will do a much better job of automatically creating a website, with great control over design, better SEO and easier administration.

Because you'll never see them again or any affiliate earning since they'll never return if the bookmark Amazon and not your site... I've learnt this the hard way. You have to keep the customer on your site to get return profits. Its impossible to live on one time profits.

If you're toying with the idea then you're doing well to consider joining but make sure you know what you're letting yourself in for. Its not easy to make a living off Amazon and its damn hard to get it right but when you do its awesome to watch all that hard paying off when you wake up in morning and see a bunch of sales and commission came in while you slept! The best thing I would do is create a niche site, FORGET the astore, its NEVER made me one sale in over 18months! Niche sites focused on one line of products giving great content and genuine help to your visitors will make you sales, a few banners placed around a site won't- at best a few a year but who cares about that when all it makes is pocket change. Serious Amazon income ($1000-$5000 a month upwards) takes serious amounts of time (at least 12 months) and hard work but it can be done! Good luck!

That's opposite my experience... I've actually done fairly well with astrore, but I use the API, built my own front end and link to astore as my back end. Its considerably easier then Amazon shopping cart api... what a blooming headache that is.
