    - Date when website was launched
    - Monthly revenue
    - Monthly visitors
    - Does your products make income from adsense, affiliate sales or sales of products?
    - The domain age and how long it´s registred.
    - Price that you will sell it for.

    And please guys, i will not buy your fresh wordpressblog for $1,000,000, be realistic and you can expect me to be the same.
