I can give you a few questions to begin with

1)
Dashboard counts copies as used storage space - please fix or give an update.

2)
Please let us keep the log of deleted files for more than very few weeks.

3)
When will the Affiliate Plugin be updated for FF 5?

4)
Advanced statistics - charts are flawed - please fix

 

Hey Random, these are the answers to your inquiries:

1-) Every time you copy a file it does take that amount of space in your account.

2) I'll discuss this part with the developers about that, i think they have their reasons to do it in the first place to keep it short.

3) I just found out for you (specifically) that the plug-in will be fixed so that it's compatible with FF5, earliest Monday

4) Will be fixed. Thanks for pointing it out.

Re: charts
Even though they are flawed in a funny way, they still do not show the same sales numbers as the 'normal' statistics.
2 weeks old bug now - not that it bugs me a lot, but the number of sales should be the same in both statistics types - for the same period.
(no refunds during the period I just tested)

Theoretically it should be the same stats, however I'm assuming that it's not because there's the extra 2-3 groups that don't belong.

 

Nahh. It is the bug from last week or the week before.
Fix the charts and lets talk about it again.

BTW:
I only get flawed charts if the FROM period is from July 14th or later.
--> If I chose a FROM period earlier than July 14 - until today Aug 1st - I do not get a flawed chart.

As we've seen in the past, with other affiliate managers, many of our partners here used to PM all the affiliate managers & I . This will only get everything slower and it will complicate things.

So ,  please do NOT PM more than one person regarding the same issue.

Filesonic is getting better & better by providing affiliates with more support members, I think this is one of the main reason why filesonic is ahead of other file hosts.

 

Yes filesonic is getting better and better everyday even with more & more competition

 

They are getting bigger - but sales are going down for me, were massive about 6 months ago

 

i can't make sales if my files are deleted 2 minutes after i upload them...i work with other filehost...i upload the same files but only in filesonic are getting deleted instantly...
